Who we are looking for

We are looking for an engaged and passionate Customer Success Officer based in our office in Brussels. You are curious, possess strong interpersonal skills and have broad expertise in customer support, customer training, customer satisfaction as well as a natural interest for translating raw data numbers into concrete calls to action. You will play a major part in supporting our rapidly growing customer base to help their businesses grow with dgenious.

What you’ll do

  • Be the primary operational point of contact for our customers
  • Manage customer onboarding so they can extract the most added value from their dgenious subscription 
  • Respond to user requests, identify and analyse problems, find solutions
  • Organize and manage the dgenious knowledge base so that more customers find answers to typical questions on their own
  • Proactively monitor account activity, consolidate, deliver and help implement best practices for your customers
  • Work closely with the dgenious Sales and R&D teams to meet customer goals and identify business opportunities
  • Develop new ways to increase customer adoption and satisfaction 
  • Contribute to the constant improvement of our processes, best practices and tools
  • Gather customer product feedback to help shape and define the product roadmap
  • Bring in new ideas to delight our customers

What you’ll bring

  • You are fluent in French and English with good verbal and written communication skills
  • You can work autonomously and you are very well organised
  • You have a good sense of logic and an interest in reporting
  • You have good presentation skills 
  • You are a good communicator, build lasting relationships, and a passion for consistently providing a great customer experience
